How long does my order take to be fulfilled?

- Orders may take from 1-6 weeks to be fulfilled depending on the influx of orders. If you have questions, you may always contact us. Please allow 1-2 weeks before reaching out to us regarding the status of your order.

Will I be notified of shipping?

- You will receive a tracking number via email.

Am I able to be refunded on a custom order?

-Custom orders are non-refundable. Ready to Ship items are able to be refunded before being shipped. After they are shipped, they are non-refundable. No exceptions.

What happens if my item is damaged during shipping or if my package is lost/stolen/not delivered?

- 9 times out of 10, there is insurance on every package from USPS or UPS. Please contact USPS or UPS for damages/lost/stolen/undelivered packages as I am not responsible once it leaves my hands. I make sure, whole heartedly, to send your order out in PERFECT condition! I take photos of every single order!

Can I pay in other ways than listed here on the website?

-YES! I accept cashapp, venmo, zelle, and Facebook Pay. Please contact me via email or Facebook. ttstreasureisland@gmail.com or TT's Treasure Island on Facebook. DO NOT CHECK OUT on this site if you want to pay in other ways not accepted here. Please reach out to me first. 

What days do you ship?

-We ship Monday-Saturday! As long as USPS and UPS are open, we ship!

What are your items made out of?

 -Our items are handcrafted with UV resin, and UV protected FDA approved epoxy. All items are food safe, and FDA approved once past the 72-hour cure process. We use alcohol inks, acrylic paints, water based paints, etc.
